GANGTOK: On October 4, the Citizen Action Party (CAP)-Sikkim held a reception program in at District Headquarters in Namchi to formally welcome the newly appointed district president, D.B. (Stephen) Gurung. During the event, the party also extended heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing president, Kiran Zimba, for his invaluable service and leadership.
