NAMCHI: The 4th Namchi District Super League 2025, organised by Namchi District Football Association (NDFA) in collaboration with District Administrative Centre (DAC) held at Bhaichung Stadium Namchi concluded on Monday.
The finale match was honored by the presence of Minister of Urban Development Department and Food & Civil Supplies Department Bhoj Raj Rai who served as chief guest.
The final football match was played between Childhood FC and Red Panda FC.
Childhood FC achieved a decisive win with a score of 2-0.
Sagar Gurung was honored as the Man of the Tournament, while Karma Bhutia from Childhood FC received the High Scorer award. Additionally, Anith Subba of Red Panda FC was recognized with the Man of the Match award.
It may be mentioned that 4th Namchi District Super League 2025 began on 24 July, with participation from seven clubs : Childhood FC, Red Panda FC, Sinolchu FC, Friends FC, Jorethang FC, Rabong FC, and Sikkim Kamrang FC.
Also present were Chairman of Sikkim Youth Development Board cum president of NDFA (Namchi District Football Association) Basant Yonzon, Additional Director Sports and Youth Affairs Department Tshering Ongmu Bhutia, Deputy Director Sports and Youth Affairs Department Basant Pradhan and Principal of Namchi Public School Father Francis Banerjee along with the members of NDFA.
