GANGTOK: A series of District Level Coordination Meeting organized by State Level Organizational Wing of the Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) party under the guidance of the Party President and Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay and in collaboration with the party headquarters culminated with the sixth and final meeting for the Gangtok district on Wednesday.
The meeting here at Lall Market Party Office, Gangtok led by the Vice President Incharge of the Organizational cell, OT Lepcha, along with President Lalit Sharma and their team was conducted in accordance with the party’s resolution to hold them in the presence of the concerned area MLAs, district in-charges, CLC Presidents, General Secretaries, and OSDs.
The concluding meeting chaired by Working President Kunga Nima Lepcha deliberated on various aspects aimed at strengthening the party from the grassroots level. The meeting focused on strengthening the party and push forward each cadre and unit in an integrated manner alongside improving bonding among the constituencies, making the organizations at district and central levels more effective and close-knit, a SKM release informs.
The meeting discussed several critical matters including review of the party’s operational methods and accomplishments till date. The participants highlighted the necessity of a collaborative effort to strengthen the organization. The speakers reaffirmed their dedication to towards strengthening the party under the leadership of the Chief Minister, Prem Singh Tamang (Golay).
The concerned area MLAs shared their insights regarding the development initiatives taking place at the local level, as well as the expectations of the residents, the release mentions.
Meanwhile, the Vice President (in-charge) and General Secretary underscored the significance of transparency and efficiency within the party, affirming their dedication to moving ahead in a more structured manner in the near future.
